Dried Fish Belly Soup

• 1 chicken breast (whole)
• 1/2 bamboo shoot
• 950 ml water
• 230 gr fish belly (dried)
• 80 ml soy sauce (light)
• 24 gr cilantro (minced)
• 16 ml sweet soy sauce
• 1 gr pepper (white)
• 4 slices eggs (hard cooked)
