- 3 flat edges otherwise use cookie
- 2 eggs
- 2 racks to divide the oven thirds (into)
- 350 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 250 gr sifted flour
- 200 gr granulated sugar
- 150 gr blanched almonds
- 30 ml whiskey
- 4 gr vanilla
- 2 gr baking soda
