• 3 flat edges otherwise use cookie
• 2 eggs
• 2 racks to divide the oven thirds (into)
• 350 gr semisweet chocolate chips
• 250 gr sifted flour
• 200 gr granulated sugar
• 150 gr blanched almonds
• 30 ml whiskey
• 4 gr vanilla
• 2 gr baking soda
