• 8 chicken breast (boneless skinless halves)
• 1 lime for orange pineapple sauce see recipe (wedges garnish)
• 1/2 garlic mixture over pork
• 1/2 cumin mixture
• 1,000 gr pork tenderloin
• 40 gr firmly packed brown sugar
• 26 gr chili powder
• 18 gr cumin
• 8 gr garlic (minced)
• 8 gr salt
