• 2 shallots (finely chopped)
• 2 garlic put through (cloves)
• 240 ml cream
• 60 ml dry wine (white)
• 60 ml chicken broth (undiluted)
• 34 gr butter melted
• 14 gr butter
• 5 ml lemon juice
• 3 gr parsley
