• 1 head butter lettuce
• 425 gr sweet potatoes
• 60 ml wine vinegar (white)
• 60 ml whipping cream
• 45 ml grainy mustard
• 45 ml olive oil
• 30 ml cooking oil
• 5 gr tarragon (chopped fresh)
