• 6 shiitake mushrooms (dried)
• 3 asparagus tips
• 2 pitted dates
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 slivers
• 1 hoisin suce
• 1/2 carrot
• 1/4 slivered bamboo shoots
• 120 gr shortgrain rice (uncooked)
• 100 ml vegetable oil
