• 2 larger than inverted pie (plate)
• 1 1/4 fold pastry quarters (into)
• 1 at a time
• 1 from rim of (plate)
• 3/8 lard
• 130 gr all purpose flour
• 65 gr shortening
• 45 ml water (cold)
• 10 ml water be added if necessary
• 1 gr salt
