Swiss Fried Potatoes
- 10 skillet until melted
- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 water (salted)
- 1/2 gruyere (diced)
- 240 ml water
- 55 gr margarine
- 30 ml water
- 20 gr margarine to prevent sticking if necessary
- 1 gr salt
