Mai Mai Sweet Potato Pie

• 15 pkg pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts
• 9 pie pans
• 6 eggs
• 1 orange extract
• 1/2 halfamp
• 1/2 mixture evenly over bottom of crust
• 525 gr mashed sweet potatoes (hot cooked)
• 400 gr sugar
• 240 ml whipping cream
• 160 gr maple syrup
