• 1/4 layer of mint filling over the bottoms
• 600 gr powdered sugar

Jumbleberry Pie

• 425 oven
• 14 round on a floured surface (lightly)
• 9 deep dish pie (plate)
• 3 blueberries
• 3 blackberries
• 2 crust
• 1 overhan fold the overhang under the bottom crust
• 1/2 dough
• 1/2 overhan chill the shell while making the fillin in a bowl
• 1/4 halfamp

Mai Mai Sweet Potato Pie

• 15 pkg pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts
• 9 pie pans
• 6 eggs
• 1 orange extract
• 1/2 halfamp
• 1/2 mixture evenly over bottom of crust
• 525 gr mashed sweet potatoes (hot cooked)
• 400 gr sugar
• 240 ml whipping cream
• 160 gr maple syrup

Vichyssoise Creme Glacee'

• 4 leeks
• 2 russet potatoes
• 2 halfamp
• 1 onion
• 475 ml milk
• 240 ml cream (heavy)
• 8 gr butter (unsalted)
• 6 gr salt
