• 2 egg whites (lightly beaten)
• 1 oat bran cereal quaker
• 250 gr pumpkin (canned)
• 120 ml molasses crosbys lite
• 120 ml skim milk
• 95 gr flour
• 60 ml honey
• 60 ml applesauce
• 30 ml wheat germ honey crunch
• 9 gr baking powder
