• 12 frying over high hea when oil is (pan hot)
• 3 1/2 casserole
• 1 onion
• 1 spaghetti salt pepper (hot cooked)
• 900 gr top round beef
• 120 ml dry wine
• 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
• 65 gr tomato paste
• 30 ml olive oil
• 24 gr all purpose flour
