Ingredients
- 12 frying over high hea when oil is (pan hot)
- 3 1/2 casserole
- 1 onion
- 1 spaghetti salt pepper (hot cooked)
- 900 gr top round beef
- 120 ml dry wine
- 80 gr mushrooms (fresh)
- 65 gr tomato paste
- 30 ml olive oil
- 24 gr all purpose flour
- 14 gr butter
- 16 ml oil to the frying along with (pan)
- 16 ml oil
- 3 gr parsley (chopped)
- 2 gr oregano leaves (dried)
- 1 gr basil leaves (dried)
- 1 package stewed tomatoes
- 1 package condensed beef consomme
tightly with foil and bake in a 350'F. oven until meat is very tender when pierced, about 2.5 hours. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti and add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4-5 cups.
