• 1 bread
• 240 ml wine zinfandel (white)
• 120 gr swiss cheese (grated)
• 100 gr jarlsberg cheese (sliced)
• 80 gr parmesan cheese (grated)
• 55 gr butter (light)
• 8 gr flour
