Hazelnut Pumpkin Bread
- 4 eggs
- 600 gr sugar
- 500 gr flour
- 500 gr pumpkin
- 270 gr oregon hazelnuts (chopped)
- 240 ml water
- 240 ml cooking oil
- 170 gr raisins
- 10 ml soda
- 6 gr salt
Hazelnut Squash Soup
- 1 1/2 mashed squash (cooked)
- 140 gr oregon hazelnuts (finely chopped)
- 60 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 30 ml sherry
- 28 gr butter
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package squash (frozen cooked)
