- 2 parsely
- 260 gr italian sausage
- 160 gr italian tomatoes
- 150 gr beef (ground)
- 130 gr tomato paste
- 120 ml dry wine (red)
- 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 10 gr porcini mushrooms this is the other (dried finely chopped)
- 1 gr salt
