- 1/2 walnut (toasted pieces)
- 650 gr pureed winter squash (frozen)
- 240 ml cream (light)
- 240 ml unsweetened applesauce
- 350 ml chicken stock
- 30 gr walnuts (ground toasted)
- 18 gr butter (unsalted)
- 10 gr chervil (dried)
- 1 gr mace (ground)
