Grilled Flatbread With Ricotta,tomatoes,roasted Garlic

• 6 garlic (cloves roasted)
• 3 tomatoes (plum diced)
• 1 recipe flat bread
• 230 gr container of ricotta cheese (drained)
• 120 ml olive oil
• 10 gr basil chiffonade
