Hot Dog Stew

• 6 potatoes (white peeled)
• 2 garlic (cloves minced)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 green pepper (chopped)
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 3/4 stick corn oil margarine
• 240 gr dogs (hot)
• 45 gr flour
• 30 ml oil
