Hot & Spicy Pepper & Apricot Chutney
- 1 onion fine (chopped)
- 1/4 dice
- 375 gr apricots (dried cut into)
- 325 gr sweet peppers cored (red)
- 200 gr sugar
- 180 ml wine vinegar (red)
- 170 gr raisins
- 4 gr salt
- 4 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 4 ml mustard seeds
