Texas Style Chili

• 4 garlic (cloves)
• 3 green peppers (diced)
• 2 tom
• 1/2 chesse for (garnish)
• 1,600 gr beef chuck balde steak
• 240 gr onion (chopped)
• 150 gr tomatoes
• 60 ml salad oil
• 50 gr sugar
• 45 gr chili powder
