• 2 in circle in microwave oven (inches apart)
• 2 microwavable casserole
• 1,900 ml nonstick saucepan
• 475 ml skim milk
• 450 gr up fully smoked extra ham (cut cooked lean)
• 425 gr mix corn starch
• 60 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
• 16 gr cornstarch
• 16 ml dijon mustard
