Improvised Vegetable Stew

• 1 eggplant
• 1 potato
• 1 splash wine (red)
• 1 splash balsamic vinegar
• 1 veggie stock cube
• 1/2 butternut squash
• 5 gr ginger
• 3 gr turmeric
• 3 gr chili powder
• 2 gr cumin
