Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ox-tails
- 1 water
- 1/2 lb mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 1 tb oil
- 1/2 packages beef stew seasoning
oil. A 1/2 package of seasoning and enough water just to cover ox tail. 3. Cook/simmer ox tail until almost tender (2-2 1/2 hours). 4. Add 1/2 pound frozen mixed vegetables. Simmer for another 1/2 to 1 hour. ----
