Ingredients
- 9 pie crust
- 1 unbaked
- 1/2 cream
- 1 cup sugar (white)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon (ground)
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (ground)
Directions: 1 Place apples in pie shell. Mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture over apples in shell. 2 Melt the butter or margarine and stir into cream. Pour liquids over apples. 3 Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 35 minutes. Makes 1 nine inch pie Converted by MC_Buster.
