- 3/8 cup reserved mushroom stems (chopped)
- 2 tb fine
- 3 tb celery
- 2 tb walnuts
- 1 tb blue cheese
- 2 ts lemon juice
- 1 tb parsley
- 1/2 ts apple mix reserved mushroom cap (into)
in a 15x10" jelly roll pan; bake at 350~ for 15 minutes.
