Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado (finely diced)
- 1/4 jalapeno (diced)
- 1/2 c onion (red)
- 1/4 c bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 c parsley (fresh)
- 1/8 ts sugar
Salt Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a nonaluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the sesonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving. Yield: Approx. 2 cups
