Ingredients
- 1 pound round (ground)
- 10 3/4 ounces lowfat cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onions garlic (chopped)
- 5 ounces no yolk egg noodles (cooked)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
Brown onions, meat, garlic and oregano in Teflon skillet. Add undiluted soup and tomatoes. Mix well. Yields 10 servings. Nutritional Info./Serving Calories 230 Fat 5 grams
