Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 box spinach (chopped)
- 3/4 bisquick
- 1/2 onion
- 1 c cheese
- 1/2 c bell pepper
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
Spray pam, Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix rest with mixer to pour over other ingredients. Bake 400 degree for 35 minuutes.
