Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, mustard, salt, and cheese; set aside. Beat buttermilk, oil, and eggs with rotary beater until well blended; add all at once to flour mixture and mix just until moist. Pour into greased 9" by 5" by 3" loaf pan and bake at 375� about 45-50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on rack and cool.
