Ingredients

In large bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, mustard, salt, and cheese; set aside. Beat buttermilk, oil, and eggs with rotary beater until well blended; add all at once to flour mixture and mix just until moist. Pour into greased 23 cm by 13 cm by 8 cm loaf pan and bake at 375� about 45-50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on rack and cool.
