Ingredients
- 2 garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 ripe tomato (very)
- 2 1/2 pound chickens eighths (cut into)
- 1 c dry wine (white)
Pinch of cayenne pepper Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Cover pot and set at Low. Cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. YIELD: Serves 6 to 8
