Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 flour
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 cumin
- 3 pound pork
- 2 cup water
- 1/4 cup shortening
Cut pork into tiny pieces. Brown in shortening; add chopped onion andtomatoes; stir together. Add flour slowly (do NOT use masa harina!). Stirtill thickened as like gravy, then add 2 cups water. To suit, add: garlicpowder, salt, pepper, liberal dose cumin. Stew on medium low for 30-45minutes. Serve with refritos, Spanish rice.
