Ingredients
- 4 gluten
- 1 c water
- 1 3/4 c bread flour
- 1 c rye flour
- 3 tb dry milk
- 2 tb honey
- 1 tb yeast
- 1 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb caraway seeds
- 1 ts salt
Use the "standard" or "white bread" mode of your bread machine. I have a one-pound bread machine (MK Seiko "Mr. Loaf") and this recipe produces a high, lighter texture bread without growing beyond the capacity of the bread case (bread pan). Makes great sandwiches and is delicious toasted.
