Ingredients
- 4 c gouda cheese
- 2 1/2 c milk
- 1 c apple juice
- 3/8 c margarine
- 3/8 c flour
- 1/2 ts salt
Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour and salt. Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add juice; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Makes four 1 1/4 cup servings.
