Ingredients
- 16 dark sweet cherries (drained)
- 2 pkgs
- 1 london cuvee superieur (red)
- 1/2 mold
- 19 oz pineapple chunks
- 1 1/2 c pineapple juice
- 1/2 c pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 cups pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon nutme chill until mixture thickens (ground slightly)
- 3 packages cherry jello
Unmold and serve on salad greens.
