- 16 dark sweet cherries (drained)
- 2 pkgs
- 1 london cuvee superieur (red)
- 1/2 mold
- 575 gr pineapple chunks
- 350 ml pineapple juice
- 120 gr pecans (chopped)
- 120 ml pineapple juice
- 65 gr pecans (chopped)
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 1 gr nutme chill until mixture thickens (ground slightly)
- 3 packages cherry jello
Unmold and serve on salad greens.
