Chile Corn Bake

-(4 oz.) x Sour cream and/or sliced -green onions (scallions), -for garnish In medium bowl, mix cornmeal, milk, eggs, baking powder and salt until well blended. Stir in corn, red peppers, chiles and cheese. Pour into lightly greased 13x 9x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until firm. Cool slightly. Serve hot topped with sour cream and green onions, if desired.
