Ingredients
- 4 cu water
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion (minced)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken from water, debone and skin if necessary. Discard bay leaf. Ch op chicken meat for use in casseroles or other dishes.
