Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup peas (cooked)
- 8 ounces kemps crab delights
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 slices eggs (hard boiled sliced)
- 1/2 slices lemon bread crumbs butter lemon
- some paprika
Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, pepper and paprika; add milk slowly, stirrin g until smooth; add Crab Delights, peas, 4 sliced eggs and lemon juice. Place m ixture in a casserole dish, sprinkle with bread crumbs and dabs of butter. Bake in a 350 oven until top browns and mixture is heated. Garnish with rest of egg slices and lemon slices.
