Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 graham crackercrust
- 1 whipped topping
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat egg yolks then stir in sweetened condensed milk ; lemon juice, and yellow food coloring (if desired). Pour into graham cracker crust or baked normal crust. Bake 8 minutes. Cool then chill. Spread with whipped topping. Annette Thompson.
