Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 whipped cream
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 1/2 c pecans
- 1/4 c cocoa
- 1 ts vanilla extract
- 1 pn salt
Combine first 7 ingredients; beat 4 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer. Stir in pecans. Spread batter evenly in a buttered 9-inch pieplate. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (Pie will puff, then fall pie. ----
