- 2 garlic slivered black oil cured olives for (cloves peeled garnish)
- 1 in a bowl (serving)
- 1/2 chunks
- 1 1/2 cups seeded ripe tomatoes (chopped)
- 12 ounces shrimp (uncooked peeled)
- 6 ounces mild goats cheese like montrachet (cut)
- 3/8 cup olive oil
- 3/8 cup chiffonade of basil (fresh)
- some salt
Drain pasta and add to mixing bowl with tomatoes, cheese and basil; add the shr imp and oil and toss; adjust the seasoning and garnish with black olives.
