Ingredients
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 c coconut flakes
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 ts baking powder
Preheat your oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened margarine & sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth & creamy. Add the graham cracker mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Calories per cookie is 87.2 with 4.7 grams of fat.
