Ingredients
- 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 170 gr semisweet chocolate chips
- 160 gr graham cracker crumbs
- 120 gr coconut flakes
- 110 gr margarine
- 65 gr flour
- 9 gr baking powder
Preheat your oven to 180ºC . In a mixing bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder together. In a large bowl, stir by hand, softened margarine & sweetened condensed milk and margarine until smooth & creamy. Add the graham cracker mixture; mix well. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoons onto a lightly sprayed pan. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Calories per cookie is 87.2 with 4.7 grams of fat.
