Ingredients
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 8 1/4 oz unpeeled apricot (halves)
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 tb lemon juice
- 1 ds salt
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill, if desired. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
