Ingredients
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 95 gr unpeeled apricot (halves)
- 60 ml honey
- 16 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
Put all of the ingredients into a blender container and blend until smooth. Chill, if desired. Makes 1.75 cups.
