Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 lemon extract
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 c softened butter
- 1/2 c sugar
Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar until light & fluffy. Add eggs & mix well. Beat in flour & extract. Drop by spoonfuls onto oiled cookie sheet. Leave about 2 inches between cookies. Bake until golden brown around edges. Cool slightly on pan. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. THE DESSERT SHOW ----
