Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 pkg pepperidge farm herb stuffing (ground finely)
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Blend mayonnaise and butter. Crush herb stuffing finely.Blend in onion and garlic powder, mix well. Dip chicken breasts into the mayo mixture and coat with stuffing crumbs. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or till chicken is cooked through.
