Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups bread moistened in milk broken up
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (ground)
In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients. Pour in a greased bread pan and cook in the oven at 350� until a tooth pick stuck in the center comes out dry; Take it out of the oven cool well.
It can be made from 3 cups bread crumbs and 3 cups of milk also.
